Employees learn to take a project from data organizing/transforming to modeling to presenting the final results. Employees get very familiar with SPSS and Excel. The company is small, so it's easy to ask for help and to become good friends with coworkers. The hours can sometimes be unpredictable. There are some arbitrary rules that are annoying, and HR issues are not always handled as thoughtfully as they should be.
