When I was hired I was so happy to join. The co-workers are all VERY talented people. I was blessed to work with some great people in sourcing and HR. However, the best thing to describe management is "the blind leading the blind." There is NO advancement here unless you are a brown-noser, black, or homosexual. I've seen people who were fired and escorted out of the office. People who have done their work and built a great reputation. Why? Its all about politics. I did not know who the owners of the company were until 2 months into my employment. There is absolutely no communication between management and the workers. It's truly sad because this company has the potential to be one of the best. However, their management is completely blind and unqualified. The job was great. I really enjoyed helping people find jobs. Management above the area managers was a little overbearing. Commission off of placement was delivered in an odd manner and often times not correct.
