Service Delivery Manager (Current Employee) –  VirginiaMay 18, 2017
Built via acquisitions, this space is undergoing a lot of consolidation.
The good part is the exposure to all different technologies and standards. The bad part is to adapt to all of them.

Still trying to figure out the recruiting industry
Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLApril 18, 2017
If you are brand new to recruiting, I would not recommend the company as you will learn improper recruiting methodologies. If you are a veteran, you will pull your hair out of your head.

Should be a great place but its the opposite.
Recruiting Manager (Current Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLJune 21, 2016
When I was hired I was so happy to join. The co-workers are all VERY talented people. I was blessed to work with some great people in sourcing and HR. However, the best thing to describe management is "the blind leading the blind." There is NO advancement here unless you are a brown-noser, black, or homosexual. I've seen people who were fired and escorted out of the office. People who have done their work and built a great reputation. Why? Its all about politics. I did not know who the owners of the company were until 2 months into my employment. There is absolutely no communication between management and the workers. It's truly sad because this company has the potential to be one of the best. However, their management is completely blind and unqualified. One cleaned bathrooms in a hotel before his job at this company. There is NO room for advancement and there is NO job security at all. It's truly s
Pros
Free bagels every Friday and tons of parking

I would be here all day.

Typical city government job with a vast divide due to unionized labor. Management babied non-performing employees to labor issues.

Small recruiting firm
Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist (Former Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLJanuary 15, 2014
The job was great. I really enjoyed helping people find jobs. Management above the area managers was a little overbearing. Commission off of placement was delivered in an odd manner and often times not correct.
