Matthew Hall, CEO: Matt is Founder and CEO of Human Care Systems, which he founded in 2008 to build systems that provide the infrastructure and programming to manage complex diseases. Prior to starting Human Care Systems, Matt co-founded the Kerdan Group, a biopharma and life science consulting firm. Matt has also run a healthcare information business, worked in venture capital and was a consultant at Bain & Company. He has lived and worked in Europe, Japan, South Africa and South Korea. Matt holds a bachelor's degree with honors in Political Economy from Williams College.

Thom Doyle, President: Thom is President at Human Care Systems, where he leads interdisciplinary teams to satisfy the vision and business objectives of Human Care Systems' clients and manages development of behavior-science based products and services. Prior to joining Human Care Systems, Thom was a Partner at the Kerdan Group, a biopharma and life science consulting firm, where he helped biotech and pharmaceutical clients with drug development strategies in diabetes, cardiovascular, ophthalmology, oncology, central nervous system and inflammatory diseases. Thom has also worked for Monitor Company in the US and Europe. He holds bachelor's degrees in Economics and Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Thom enjoys his wife, Summer, and children, River and Lila. He also enjoys his home in Cambridge, yoga, and developing solutions that make healthcare better.
Thomas Oglesby, Chief Operating Officer: Thomas is Chief Operating Officer at Human Care Systems. Prior to Human Care Systems, Thomas gained 10 years of diverse medical device experience in Medtronic's spinal and diabetes business units and corporate headquarters, where he held finance and strategy, reimbursement and consumer marketing positions. In his most recent role at Medtronic Diabetes, Thomas led the Customer Success Program focused on therapy initiation, adherence and retention for patients utilizing insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring therapy. Thomas holds an MBA in finance and international business from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics and a BBA in accounting from the University of Memphis.
Thomas enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, and outdoor activities including golf and hiking.
Alicia McAuliffe-Fogarty, PhD, Head of Behavior Science: Alicia is the head of behavioral science at Human Care systems. Prior to joining HCS, she founded the Circle of Life Camp, Inc., in 1996 and was a consultant to several companies. She holds a Ph.D. from St. John's University and completed her Fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center/ Yale University School of Medicine in child health psychology. Her research interests include psychosocial issues and regimen adherence in chronic illness. She is the author of Growing Up with Diabetes: What Children Want Their Parents to Know, is co-editor of Camps and Mental Health, An Issue of Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinics, and has published many articles. Alicia has received several awards for her efforts to improve the lives of people with diabetes.
