Hunter provides a holistic approach and support throughout the recovery process, while addressing the multiple needs of individuals. Hunter provides:
Prevention, education and outreach activities.
Assessment of individual needs.
Referral assistance, support in accessing services, and coordination of resources for chemical dependency treatment, medical, psychological, legal, financial, vocational/educational placement and other problems related to substance abuse. Psycho-educational/therapeutic groups and 12-step orientation.
Individual & family counseling.
Continuing care counseling.
Adolescent counseling.
Client services are offered over six-months to one-year, in order to facilitate long-term lifestyle changes.
Regardless of income, verified Native Americans receive on-site services at no charge, after public or private insurance is billed.
