A typical CSA takes about 100+ calls a day, if you learn what they teach its not half of what you need to know.
You learn mostly on the job, which to the customers point of view is unprofessional. They change the structure on how they rate your job, they stress sales, then customer service, you can give the best service, and a customer may not need a product or service, but you didn't provide the best service if you didn't offer something.
