As Hospital Administrator, Manager and CFO, I lead a wonderful team of intrinsically motivated individuals. Created an atmosphere where employees wanted to come to work, felt part of the process and focused on providing the best in client and patient services.Our goal was to provide a 5-Star experience for our clients every day.
A typical day ended at 8 or 9pm. The hardest part of my job was finding enough time in each day to finish all tasks while wearing too many 'hats'. I was unable to provide my family dinner at a reasonable hour for 8 years while I lead this company. The most enjoyable part of this job was the friendly atmosphere and camaraderie which included all employees, management and clients. HVH was a caring and enjoyable place to visit and work while I was there. I loved that I was able to bring all my skills to this company.
