Pros: i thought the pros were, three days on, then three days off then two days on, then two days off, and then back to three days on again
Cons: some times their was not enough work for everyone, and some times you got sent home
a typical day was handling panels and runing them through the different machines.
I learned how to handle the panels and operate the different machines.
Managment in our department was great, they had us switched jobs every two and a half hours, so we would not get sick of the jobs we did, and it made the day go faster.
My coworkers were great, if you – more... were not doing something correctly , they would show you how to do it the correct way.
The hardest part of my job was when you would get a partner to work with,that didn't want to work.
