It was a good organisation. They made me feel very comfortable in my interviews and once I joined, everyone was very helpful and friendly. People were always willing to give advice when needed and to help teach.
I learned a lot. The company helped me to grow up as an individual whilst also teaching me some valuable and transferrable skills. These were skills were Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Client Services, Attention to Detail etc. I learnt how to find the needs of both clients and candidates, how to sell to and market to them effectively etc.
Management was good. 3 major turnovers whilst I was there was not the best. They let go of a manager I got on extremely well with and helped me a lot personally.
Workplace culture was second to none. We got on very well and my colleagues became my good friends too.
Hardest part of the job would be to deal with the number of changes that happened throughout the business. For me stability is key, and it just changed too often and was hard for me to readjust all the time.
Making deals and coming in everyday. Spending time with people i got along with was really important and each day was thoroughly enjoyable.
