Overview:
As a Sales Account Executive for Hybrid Logistics you are in charge of your own future. You are the decision maker, the buck stops with you, as far as your customers are concerned, you are it. You hold the keys to your customer’s success, and yours in your hand. You are responsible for making sure all of their transportation needs are meet, 24/7/365. If you are the hardest worker you know (cream of the crop), have a desire to be financially free, and can hang with some of the toughest sales executives on the planet, then we have the career for you.

The Basics:
-$35,000 salary + commission. If the base salary is enough for you, no need to read any further.
-16-week training and development program.

Responsibilities:
-Making sales prospecting calls (cold/warm/hot)
-Making a sales pitch to people who have freight to ship
-Negotiating with shippers and carriers
-Management of daily shipments to make sure they pick and deliver 24/7/365
-Communication with customers and carriers. Be proactive, responsive, and honest.

Qualifications:
-College degree preferred but not required.
-Multitasking ability is a must.
-A work ethic that is unmatched.
-Highly Competitive. It’s ok to want to be #1
-Basic computer skills. Outlook, word, excel.
-Sales experience preferred but not required.
-Comfortable working in a busy, noisy work environment.
