Administrative Assistant, Phoenix, AZ - February 26, 2016
It's a good company and the manager at the phoenix location is great. The issue, is that you don't get much training or the chance to understand how the whole company works. They need to send their employees to the corporate office to give them a full circle understanding. The pay in Phoenix is not competitive to Administrative jobs in luxury. If you want to compare an Administrative position to some small company, but the turnover rate will continue because there is not room for growth in that position. Also, it's very old having to wait a year for vacation, In most companies you start accruing (vacation & sick) after the probationary period.
