Minimum of 3-5 years (current) Restaurant General Manager experience
As the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to exceed guest's expectations by delivering the highest quality food and beverage and ensuring consistently flawless service, maintaining wine sales and inventory while providing ongoing education for the service staff.
-Execute, practice and enforce all Company policies and procedures while improving quality, service and operations. Consistent execution of all system, standards, and processes.
-Maximize revenues by effectively managing reservations and driving local sales
-Development of staff while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards.
-Monitor daily labor/matrix and other payroll reports
-Oversee service and guarantee that all points of guest contact meet standards ,knowledge and experience with high levels of guest service.
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Hospitality degree is a plus.
