As Hydrogen Group continues to expand our Oil & Gas practice in the US, we have exciting opportunities for knowledgeable recruiters and sales professionals who are experienced in the Oil and Gas Sector.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

 Building rapport and loyalty with existing and new clients and candidates
 Generating new business opportunities through appropriate prospecting
 Proactive sourcing and screening high quality candidates
 Keeping abreast of market trends and provide up to date knowledge to clients
 Managing the end to end recruitment process including negotiation of job offers and negotiating packages

Requirements:

 Minimum of 3 years in oil and gas recruitment or a sales environment
 Self motivated with a strong work ethic and a ‘can do attitude’
 Enjoy working in a competitive but highly rewarding environment
 Ability to leverage social media and digital tools to expand the business
 Desire to meet and exceed individual and team targets
