Low compensation. And almost every review on here will say that. Another stressful part is that they have the hardest time maintaining employees because of low compensation, so when an employee leaves and it does happen often, others have to pick up the slack.
The interview process is far different depending on departments and managers.
Mine was a three part interview process. First part is over the phone interview with a HR rep or recruiter. Then I speak with the manager and team lead another day. About a week from the phone interview.
Then the third interview is to just hangout with the team members (not every department does this one). They buy you lunch and you just chat.
