Checked out shipping list & see what parts in final were on the list to do first. Inspected parts going out & coming in, labeled and fill in paper work on the computer. Red tagged any parts that failed any checks I had to do. Made sure all paper work used were at the right revision levels. I learned how to use different gauges. Hypro went thru several management personnel the last few years. They all had different ideas to help Hypro, but workers did not like changes. My co-workers were great to work with. We all helped each other the best we could. The hardest part of my job was to follow the policies. Management would try to cut corners. Instead of having the person that made rejects rework them, they made the person that found the rejects fix as they worked on them. I enjoyed helping the the new team members with their training. Making them feel more at ease like I would liked coming into a new work place. I also enjoyed most of the people I worked with. We were like a big family.
