Dean of Student Life and Management, Cleveland, OH - February 12, 2016
A typical day you never know whats going to happen. The systems and routines are always changing. The teacher turn over is horrible. I learned to not communicate with certain people because the create work drama including the CEOs. Certain coworkers were there for the children and some was there for the pay check. The hardest part of the job is having Management that had high expectations for people under them and not themselves. Also not having the proper support when asking for it from Leaders. The most enjoyable part was seeing the children learn and happy.
