Call center environment and its a 24 hours so they work with school schedulers and fast pace. Always something to do very productive work place and nice co workers.

The people I worked with are great. Knowledgeable friendly and excellent work ethic.

The past year a management change in my department has led to a decline in morale and lack of direction. The team has grown apart and the new director does not encourage us to work together.

I enjoyed my stay the staff and mangers was great.I would recommend this job to a friend. Although it is a very challenging experience from day to day .
