Fidelity Profit Sharing 401(k) plan- i2S has established a 401(k) plan with Fidelity Investments – more... whereby i2S is presently contributing 12% of an employee's earnings (in addition to your regular salary, this is not a deduction) to the plan. The employee may also make additional contributions on a pre-tax basis subject to IRS regulations. For example, if you earn $50,000 per year, i2S will contribute $6,000.00 to the plan for a calendar year.
Referrals - i2S needs top candidates to grow and we want the best which historically comes from our present employees relations. To that end i2S offers up to $8,000 per referral.
