Company Overview: A leading national provider of electronic and print communication services is seeking to expand our team with the addition of an experienced Account Manager to support our Collection Agency vertical market.
Job Description: The Account Manager - Collections is responsible for the maintenance and expansion of business within our Collections Market customer base. Assigned to various clients, this position is responsible for new customer implementation, ongoing support and account development with a focus on meeting and exceeding customers' expectations.
Excellent communication skills
College degree from an accredited institution
Minimum three (3-5) years experience in a sales support/customer service/account management role in the collections industry
Print and Mail industry experience a plus
PC proficiency and extensive knowledge of MS office software
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Leads solution development endeavors that best address customer needs – coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Works closely with Sales Executives to achieve account sales goals
Achieves planned customer objectives defined by management.
