We are looking for several key team members to help us manage that growth. The Regional Sales Manager-Northwest will be a key contributor to the IQinVision team. We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skill set.

Responsibility Statement
The Regional Sales Manager-Northwest will be responsible for and accountable for developing plans that detail how sales goals or quotas will be achieved and goal attainment by:
 Prepare monthly reports that provide sales figures to corporate leaders, as well as reports that forecast expected future sales.
 Develop sales strategies and prepare marketing budgets for their territory.
 Make presentations and demonstrate products and represent the company at trade shows.
 Conduct regional sales meetings for their representative partners, end users and technology partners.
 Provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values in their territory.
 Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the sales and marketing area and contribute to training for customer’s base.

Specific Responsibilities and Accountability
 Accomplishes regional sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, Value Added Resellers and Distribution partners in assigned region; communicating revenue expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing.
 Conducts one-on-one reviews with VAR’s, key accounts and distributors to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales activity and performance.
 Establishes and achieves regional sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing regional sales business plans; implementing and executing said plan; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
 Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting and building a monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast; entering, updating and managing opportunities in CRM to achieve accurate forecasting objectives
 Maintains and expands customer base by counseling regional sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
 Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
 Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
 Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets with Value Added Resellers (VARs), Architects and Engineers (A&E’s) & Technology Partners.
 Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and budgets for their region.
 Provides timely feedback to Director of Sales regarding sales performance.
 Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
 Maintains Customer Records Management systems with accurate records of sales meetings, leads, prospects and activity reports. Weekly, monthly and quarterly requirements.
 Creates and conducts proposal presentations.
 Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
 Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Performance Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years regional sales experience with security, networking or high-technology equipment.
  • Willing to travel overnight up to 60% time.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven self starter dedicated and motivated to drive sales in a competitive market environment.

X Experience generating end-user demand through direct relationships, consultants and A&E firms
X General experience coordinating and conducting regional sales presentations and technical training
X Experience with Customer Records Management software solutions like salesforce.com
Education
Must Desired
X Bachelors of Arts in Business Admin.
