We negotiate the lowest price possible, help manage service implementation to ensure a smooth cut over and provide dedicated account managers who serve as a single point of contact for all customer support needs. We also do this for Merchant Processing and Energy.

This is an Entrepreneurial position paying residuals on a monthly basis. A Proven sales person will be making at least 200k + in 2-5 years on a residual basis. Serious candidates only.

Position: Commission Only Based

Telecom Agent / Account Manager

Duties:

  • Procure new business thru existing relationships and through cold calling
  • Track expiring contracts and renew or upgrade services once customer is sold
  • Create opportunities to generate additional revenue through up-selling
  • Initiate and monitor all account activities (e.g., trouble tickets, billing inquiries) and follow up as necessary to research, facilitate, and ensure resolution. ITD will help facilitate this.
  • Recognize and escalate at risk customer situations
  • Facilitate customer order requests for moves, adds, changes, and disconnects, initiate orders and ensure orders are completed in timely, accurate manner and to customer satisfaction
  • Set up and maintain/update customer profiles and account activity daily in CRM to ensure accurate, current information is available
  • All other duties as assigned

Key deliverables:

  • Daily calls ,appointments,closings (will have a weekly quota)
  • Trouble tickets and billing issues handled in timely fashion
  • Renewed customers
  • Upsells

Skills/Requirements:

  • One year of telecom experience
  • Two years of sales experience
  • General technology and telecom sales skills are a must
  • Knowledge of POTS, T1, cable, DSL, VoIP, MPLS, VPN, Cloud services desirable
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Ability to multi-task and handle several accounts at once
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently without much direction, must be a self-starter
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, email exchange and general internet/typing skills
  • Must have own transportation and a valid drivers license
