Cons: extemely long hours.
Follow up with branch managers for daliy production numbers. Discuss goals for the office. Audit offices for compliance of state and company regulations. Oversee recievables of 35 million dollars. Keep existing portfolio current on payments on loans made. Hardest part of this job was collections. They wanted extremely low deliquent accounts based on the volume of the office.
