Designer (Former Employee) – Webster, TX – December 16, 2015
IBI is a Toronto Canada based operation, they buy other Architecture companies and strip them down to bare bones personnel to turn a profit. Designs are not reviewed well by Senior staff and subordinate staff takes blame for mistakes. Training and continuing of Architectural exam training is not even a consideration at this firm. 44-50 hour weeks are typical with pay that is not compensative of the commitment.
