Creating a work flow was my biggest goal at the start of my career at IBIS. Grossly understaffed, I was hired as part of an initial expansion effort. A typical day consisted of reviewing upcoming client contract renewals to avoid any lapses while simultaneously keeping lines of communication open with book of business to identify growth potential and increase potential for retention year over year.
