Description of Position
Ibotta is seeking an Office Manager to work directly with the CEO and the top management team to handle the day-to-day operations of the office. The role will involve a wide range of responsibilities including managing meeting calendars and travel schedules, assisting with billing and basic accounting functions, identifying and executing cost savings initiatives, managing our facilities, and assisting with sales and customer outreach.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, hyper-organized, and will have prior experience as an Office Manager or in an Executive Assistant role. The role is also a great fit for anyone interested in joining at high growth startup at an early stage and growing with the company.
