IC system is a family owned company- they take pride in always doing what is right. The management is good and very understanding. It is a fun place to work with alot of fun things always going on. But it is collections so it isnt always easy.

In my opinion if you want to advance your career IC System would not be the job to do so . However they are flexible with schooling scheduling and it is a great transit job to get you to another job. I do believe the collectors are under paid

Ic system can be fraudulent and only do what benefits them they take your bonus and you have to sleep with management to get to the top. Tyical day in the office watching management throw a football around and do nothing, while expecting us collectors to hit daily goals and numbers w/their constant distractions.
bad place to work, stressful, jerk employees, unfair management
Collection Representative - Team Lead (Current Employee) – Saint Paul, MN – June 28, 2016
IC System is a fun place to work. Typically take about 50 calls a day. I also take supervisor calls to try and deescalate the debtor and work on a solution for them. Management is friendly and they are willing to work with everyone. The schedule is very flexible.

I enjoyed that job greatly. I would love to return to that company. Very professional and works well with home life. This company trains well and answer questions at your level. They you as if you were equal to the highest title there.

This can be a stressful environment and seems to have a lot of changes. A typical day in the office is taking indound and outbound calls, You are on the phones about 85% of the day. You convince people why they should pay their bills. It can be long days and a burnout.

Very good company to work for. The bonus base is based on your own performance. It is a high stress environment. The coworkers are fun and welcoming. They have good benefits but the good days and bad days are both days.
Communication and training lack. If you are good at gathering knowledge on your own and have no problem asking for help from anyone other than management then you may succeed. They claim competitive wages but seem to be lacking a bit in this department. Advancement is made difficult by very nit picky policies.

Friendly helpful people. I loved it there. Hoping to get the job back! The hardest part of the job would be figuring out what option to select for the inbound/outbound calls because they're so many to choose from and some are very similar. Typical day at work is basically just on your computer all day every day but socializing with co-workers around you when the systems are slow. Honestly my co-workers were awesome! They are so informative and always striving to help you move up and become better at what you do. I've learned so much to have patience with angry people on the phones and how everything works at their company. Most enjoyable part of the job was taking inbound/outbound calls and helping them resolve their issues.
