Too many undisclosed information
FIELD INVESTIGATOR/SURVEILLANCE (Former Employee), Jacksonville, FL – February 26, 2013
Pros: large company and known in the industry, easy to get hired.
Cons: weak reputation and no viable culture
They have the potential to be a solid company. However, I believe they spread the management too thin for one, the training is not valuable in any aspects, it is done over the phone for 8-10 hrs and we don't even see trainers, there is no visual interaction with mamagers, peers etc.

They will hire anyone interested in being an investigator, therefore – more... non-existent culture. – less

Unusal workplace, each day work is a different challenge, as is the case at the worlds busiest airport
Logistics Coordinator/Facility Maintenance Manager (Current Employee), Atlanta, GA – January 26, 2013
Pros: interesting place to work, many different personallities to deal with.
Cons: i live in mcdonough and the traffic can often be a challenge.
There is no "typical" day, each day brings new challenges requiring mulit diredtional thinking. Hours are required to be extremely flexable due to airline irregular operations. Very challenging job, I still work for the same upper management group as ICS was purchased by Air Serv Facilities who then sold to ABM. I have been with this company for approximately – more... seven years. – less

An established provider of services in the claims investigation industry with an attractive compensation structure
Regional Sales Manager (Former Employee), Atlanta, GA – January 22, 2013
Pros: they offered an attractive compensation package.
Cons: monthly revenue growth expectation min of 65% and max of 210% during ten months of employment.
A typical day at ICSM included qualifying sales leads, making sales calls, scheduling introduction meetings and customer visits, managing/completing actions in a Customer Relationship Management System, performing follow-up and completing next steps, and providing executives with weekly/monthly sales activity reports.

What I learned was that my experience – more... of selling to Managers, Vice Presidents and C-level executives was little assistance selling to line-level and administrative positions.

Although management allowed flexibility in managing my own schedule, they micro-managed activities and were not supportive of considering alternative approaches to customers, nor new service offerings to explore customer ideas.

The most challenging aspect I experienced was combating a prevalent perception that vendors lack ethical conduct, reliability and trustworthiness.

The most enjoyable aspect I experienced was establishing new, and revitalizing past, relationships through sincere efforts to bring improvements in time-in-process and reduce expenses for a seven state territory customer base. – less

Variable work and industry opportunity rewarding, working with people from many different cultural and business backgrounds.
Optimization Process Analysis / Sales Specialist (Former Employee), Pittsburgh, PA – August 14, 2012
Pros: variable experiences, travel, on site work, teaching coaching, generally great responses and process adaptable personnel, personally rewarding
Cons: independent consultanting services commissionable contracted and still chasing payment
Situation anaylsis starts the process with a review of all operating processes in place. A personnel evualtion is made based on skills and job assignment. Industry bench marketing is made base on the current situation. While reviewing current and past resources for viability and implementation.

The most difficult part is the small independent business – more... owner who has worked to what is preceived to be a level of success that has carried them this far but lacks the vision to move beyond.

The most rewarding is seeing the results come to light in a relative short period of time.

My co-workers are those I network with for the purpose of maintaining my own education and process development

Your always learning something each and every day, this too is exciting and keeps the process alive it makes for those long nights and early get ups a joy, when all is completed you see the differences that have contiributed to new found vision and profitable and at times business sustaining results. The joy of seeing/ leading the difference at times is far more rewarding then the compensation received. – less

Pros: pot lucks
