Admin Specialist CMT/ Field Service Engineer III (Former Employee) – Clarksburg, WV – January 30, 2017
Government contractor for the DOD and DOS. Normal day varies with the multiple positions I held in the company over the 8 years employed. In Iraq I acted as a Field Service Technician. I did system administration at various sites, biometric enrollments, security issues. In the BIMA I monitored biometric enrollments, and sent them for vetting with the examiners and FBI
Typical day at work consist of an in-depth analysis of comparing biometrics (face, iris, palm prints, and fingerprints). Hardest part of the day is learning new systems (currently implementing a new system). Most enjoyable is doing what I love, working with biometrics.
Biometric Examiner I (Current Employee) – Clarksburg, WV – July 20, 2014
Ideal Innovations, Inc (I3) is a company that cares. Few people have the honor to be able to work for such a company. Not only does the company care about excelling, but they care for their employees. I3 tries to pick and produce the best employees out there. There is no typical day of work... every day is full of complete non-stop work and excitement. I've learned a lot since working for I3... I've learned a lot about myself, what I want to put into a company, what I expect to get out. My skills have only enhanced since working with I3. The hardest part about the day is the beginning and end. The most enjoyable part is everything in between.
Sr. Contract Administrator at I3 Headquarters (Former Employee) – Arlington, VA – June 23, 2014
Ideal Innovations offered great salaries and raises when the Defense market was in full force, unfortunately, defense cuts have affected all companies, but it has been especially difficult on smaller companies. A day in the office could be very hectic or quiet depending on the contracts and mods status, but the work was always steady until recently. Great co-workers. There are some talented people there, hard working and I wish I could name them. After 8 years of service, the actual hardest part of this job was to be let go due to a reduction in force. The most enjoyable part of my job was to do it well in the least amount of time.
CI Screener (Former Employee) – Bagram Air Field Afghanistan – March 26, 2014
Ideal Innovations provided all services necessary to do the job. While not the primary on this particular job, it made sure its employees were informed on the changes within the contract and made an ardous experience educational and worthwhile.
