Pros: flexabilitiy and extra income
Cons: workflow is not guarenteeed
What I love most about working for IDEC is that I can set my own schedule around my other committments. The job involves interviewing clients with physical and mental disabilities and their families. After the interview, I write a comprehensive report which eventually goes to the State of Indiana to be reviewed. The information is used to assist the client with obtaining services that are appropriate for their needs. Most of my work is completed at home and the compensation can't be beat. The only drawback is that it isn't guarenteed that work is available and there are slow times, so the income is extra, not depended upon.
