Manager (Former Employee) – Lake Bluff, IL – April 24, 2014
A lot of pride from employees in the products they make. Dedicated group but a serious Management vs. worker (us vs. them) problem. No trust. Also, most of the leadership doesn't know the business. Great products, A lot of business knowledge in tenured people
Job security (lot of fear), no training, people don't like to share their knowledge.
VP/Director for Information Technology (Current Employee) – Lake Forest, IL – November 12, 2017
