Machinist~Operater~Forklift Driver~Assembly Line~ (Current Employee) –  Sibley, IAFebruary 21, 2016
Stay very busy keeping the machines operating so everything runs smoothly. Put in a lot of hrs short on help. Work as a team and know whats going on and what to expect. Have good communication with workers. No standing around and take a break when possible. No heat in building and have some pretty stinky stuff to work with at times. Drive 45 minutes and back to get to & from work. Was written up by Osha last week poor working conditions in plant. Would like to work in LeMars,IA closer to work and looks like a very good place to work.
Pros
good benefits and pay
Cons
bad working envirenment~not enough help~alot of machine breakdowns
