their over all treatment of employees leaves something to be desired, but is to be expected from a new company. Their products are phenomenal and above the competition. the management style is and was improving and the desire of the owners was to create a place of excellence and success. I learned many aspects of business,human resources, production, inventory management. My co-workers and owners were wonderful people full of life. the hardest part of the Job was having to wear many hats and the lack of stability in training and employment. the most enjoyable part of the job was learning many new subjects and helping to establish a new company and product in the US.
