Arive at work, unlock med box. Do a med count and sign off. Get the daily log s for all individuals living in the house, review notes from prior shift. Administer meds to individuals, recount and sign off. Prepare meals. Transport to or from designated facilities. Serve dinner. Clean up from dinner, administer any meds. Sign all logs. Recount and record on computer events from shift. Get individuals bathed and ready for bed. Start laundry if needed. Settle individuals into bed.
Interacting with said individuals is the most rewarding, just to see them smile and know you made a difference.
The travel in the winter, as some of the homes are pretty rural.
