Home like environment taking care of individuals who would otherwise be institutionalized.
DCP (Former Employee) –  Greenbriar, PAAugust 24, 2017
Arive at work, unlock med box. Do a med count and sign off. Get the daily log s for all individuals living in the house, review notes from prior shift. Administer meds to individuals, recount and sign off. Prepare meals. Transport to or from designated facilities. Serve dinner. Clean up from dinner, administer any meds. Sign all logs. Recount and record on computer events from shift. Get individuals bathed and ready for bed. Start laundry if needed. Settle individuals into bed.
Pros
Interacting with said individuals is the most rewarding, just to see them smile and know you made a difference.
Cons
The travel in the winter, as some of the homes are pretty rural.

A very dynamic workforce. It is a great pleasure to work with the challenges that the project had to offer.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the recognition that came along.

Director of Billing Operations (Current Employee) –  Brooklyn, NYSeptember 27, 2014
At IFC Coaching I learned valuable skills and gained amazing experience. When beginning with the company, they were still in their infancy stages. I was really a jack of all trades catching any and everything. Over time as the company grew I was able to develop many time efficient processes and procedures.
