Great place to start a career, do not linger though.
Engineer (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GANovember 28, 2017
iOne is a good place to begin your career after college. It has the flexibility to cater to startup-esque types but also the structure to provide guidance for workers starting their careers for the first time.

Unfortunately the flexibility iOne provides is counterbalanced by lower than competitive salaries and slow advancement. There will constantly be overpaid new employees being hired in over you and bonus and raises are constantly being diluted.

Executive management continues to be a mess with most of their decisions being a driving force for poor morale and poor company performance due to risky and failed business strategies.

Meh
Software Engineer (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAApril 17, 2017
The company and the people in it are ok. Just be aware they usual let people go each year. They say it is to adjust the budget but it happens once a year.
Pros
Free lunch once every 2 weeks, ping pong, beer on tap.
Cons
Few places to eat around there. Either bring food or prepare to eat the same food. Yearly layoffs.

Sales Director (Former Employee) –  New York, NYNovember 17, 2016
This is a tough one. They no longer sell the tech I was hired to sell (DMP). The other divisions are solid with good support. Again, my whole group has dissolved, so not much to review.
Pros
Solid programmatic business
Cons
Corporate mission could be better defined

This is a great company to work at for individuals who are fresh out of college as well as for individuals who are creative.

One bad seed can ruin the bunch
Administrative Assistant/Office Manager (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAOctober 29, 2016
Unfortunately, I was let go for punctuality, however, the individual in charge of monitoring my punctuality couldn't accurately do so as he was hardly there on time himself.

Other than that the positive feedback I received from literally everyone else was very encouraging and allowed for a positive and productive work environment. I was able to have free reign in investigating and procuring new ways to save money for the company and my opinions and thoughts were valued. The atmosphere was bright and healthy.
Pros
Free lunch e.o. week, team support, benefits, beer taps, culture commitee, ping pong tables, bright and airy, excellent location, awesome execs
Cons
Unjust termination was not a rare occurrence

Junior Account Executive (Former Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 2, 2016
It was not a good work environment. About 16 of the people I used to work with have all moved on to other jobs because of the management or culture.
Pros
Fun events
Cons
The management only cares about the big picture and not individual employees

The people at IgnitionOne are very nice. They are like a big family. The environment is very comfortable and you won't feel pressure. It is a good place to improve your skills and personality. I LOVE that company.

This place has a great environment with food/drink perks all the time and great events, but it is a 6 day a week job on most cases and between the commute and long hours, it usually turns into a 14 hour day.
Pros

Cons
Upper Management is never there, Verrrry long days / commute made it my life
