Pros: mentors, challenging and interesting clientele, rewarding
Cons: pay, lunches are busy with meetings, high paperwork demands, high stress
It is busy and you work with various clientele, you are never bored. However, the downside to this job is that the management (I am talking 2-3 levels above your supervisor) just doesn't seem to care/know what you do. That is the hardest part of the job.
Also, the pay is average. A student who was just working with us found a job that pays substantially – more... more that what we make in the same type of setting... it is maddening.
Overall, if you are looking for good experience with a lot of great mentors. this is the place. – less
