I've been a part of Ikaria for 8+ years as a member of their operations department. The critical nature of what Ikaria does makes the job a fast-paced and challenging one. However, the satisfaction derived from being able to impact people's lives is rewarding.
The environment is dynamic, and it is not your typical 9-5 job. When customer demand picks up, as it typically will during flu season, priorities and work loads can change at a moments notice. You must be very adaptable and able to handle stress well.
