Great!
Teaching Assistant (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILSeptember 10, 2016
Great opportunity to pass down knowledge to the next generation of optometrists. It was a good way to update what you know and a good way of learning what the future of optometry is thinking.

First you grab all the equipment and paperwork that you will need for that job. Next you will call the contact to inform them that you are in route to the location of the job site. You will get with the contact and do a walk through on the job site and talk about what work will be done who will be doing the work and what are the hazards.

Customer Service Associates (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILFebruary 14, 2016
I started as CSA and I got promoted for my education as a nurse in PR. I learned everything that I know related to the ophthalmic field at the Illinois College of Optometry. As a fast learner I know that I can develop my skills with time.
Pros
Excellent Employee Benefits
Cons
Short breaks and long patients schedules.

Drama,Drama,Drama
CSA (Former Employee) –  ChicagoJune 11, 2014
Apply at your own risk. Employees stab each other in the back and then smile in each other's face. Management is just a joke, especially the Head operations manager. HR does absolutely nothing to back up the Customer Service Associates when they have concerns regarding management, and the supervisors are just lazy. This place loves chaos and drama and there is no room for advancement and the pay is very low. When you walk through the door look at the faces of the employees and make your decision.
Pros
Going home
Cons
Short breaks, unprofessional supervisors, low pay, no room for advancement.
