Esthetician Care Representative

We are growing and are currently looking for professional licensed Estheticians to fill open positions in our Esthetics Care Department (ECD) in our corporate offices located in Palm Beach, FL. The ECD handles all incoming calls and inquiries from customers regarding placing orders, upselling, tracking orders, product usage, answer questions regarding procedure protocol, web order processing, product knowledge and opening new accounts. The Esthetics Care position is a fast paced environment and applicants must be able to multi task, answer incoming calls, email and perform internet searches simultaneously. Each Esthetics Care Representative is responsible to possess a high work ethic, organizational and problem solving skills.
Product knowledge and process training will be provided.

Applicant Requirements:
MUST be a licensed esthetician
Prior customer service experience a PLUS
Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to scan, fax and perform internet searches
Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, possess excellent follow through skills and meet deadlines
MUST possess a friendly, courteous and positive attitude
Able to work independently or as a part of a team environment
Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
