PM Supervisor for Jr. Dining (Current Employee), Bradenton, FL – March 20, 2015
IMG is a nice place to work at. There needs to be better way to communicate between departments. Employees work hard. Kids are friendly and polite. There are updates going on that will help IMG become a well known place.
Graphic Designer (Former Employee), Bradenton, fl – February 9, 2015
They sell themselves as a team orientated workplace, but that's not the case at all. You can never make a mistake and you can never ask for help. I worked in a department that was all girls, and it was like working in a sorority house. They are very childish and unprofessional. And the management looks past it, and sometimes bring their personal problems to the workplace. Not recommended

There really isn't much to say. This is an overall pretty good place to work. No real complaints at this time. I really have no big complaints regarding this company. Staff get a long well and the benefits and vacation time are excellent.
Manager (Current Employee), Bradenton, FL – August 14, 2014
Pros: great benefits
IMG Academy is a fast-paced work environment with great people who continuously bust their hump on a daily basis but receive very little credit for their hard work. Management has somewhat of an inflated image of themselves and believes that they are reason for the continued success when in all actuality the backbone of the Academy are the people in the "trenches."
Great company to improve and innovate skills in the development of athletes
Player Development Specialist/Coaching (Current Employee), Bradenton, FL – July 29, 2013
Pros: free gym hours, great healthy foods, free access to gym utilities
Cons: not open long enough
-Typical day would include coaching youth athletes and putting Professional/College basketball players through my innovated workouts. -Learned how to organize large group of athletes to train on a consistent basis. -Learned the importance of Biomechanics of training through the knowledge of the staff. -Co-Workers helped one another push further beyond our limits -Hardest part about the job was maintain high levels of energy through 10+ hours of training and coaching. -Most enjoyable part of the job was being a role model for the youth and interacting with NBA and College Athletes
if you are passionate about sports this is a great place to work. I enjoy working here, however my management could be a lot more organized. Also, the worker compensation isn't the best. Other than that its a great environment with plenty opportunities to meet great people.
Marketing Intern (Former Employee), Bradenton, FL – January 16, 2013
Nothing special a/b typical day at work: Arrive slightly before 9am and leave shortly after 5pm. I learned all about SEO and SEM. HR team seems to know how to hire the right people. Hardest part of job was learning many new strategies on how to get more people to come to IMG Academy. Most enjoyable part of working at IMG Academy was the well known athletes that trained down there.
