The family owned company established core values that every company should have. Benefits, perks, and pay are good. Management at every level is poor at best. The turn over is high mostly because of bad managers. Good employers do not harbor bad managers but this is a company that does. What workforce it can keep, it can't manage. Year after year, the company hires a bunch of people and year after year, it reduces its workforce to cut costs. The company has gone through five or six CFO's in the last several years. Red Flag. The company has cut production at its headquarter location to move production outside the US. There are better opportunities available in the job market.
