We are seeking confident, competent, and relationship oriented individual (s) to join our team in a territorial sales capacity. As a successful outside representative, you will develop new business, grow new accounts, and meet our team sales goals. Your role with IIM is a key “hunter" sales position that drives our revenue and helps to grow our market share. The plan is to double our annual revenue by 2013. As a DSM with Impact Internet Marketing, you will consistently identify new sources of business within a protected Territory.
Primary Duties include:
1) Cold-calling on all types of businesses from small to mid-size corporations.
2) Facilitate meetings with potential clients to analyze their needs and present the
3) Participate in Company sponsored Networking activities
4) Negotiate sales contracts.
5) Maintain Contact with existing Clients for referrals
6) Support sister divisions where possible.
7) Work independently
8) Maintain orderly records of sales contacts, expenses, and finances.
9) Be a person of character and integrity.
1) High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
2) Minimum 1 to 3 year (s) of outside business to business sales experience with a
track record of success.
3) Possess exceptional communication, negotiation and time management skills

6) Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and handheld devices like
Android and iPhones.
7) Ability to develop sales strategies.
8) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
9) Ability to pass a background check and drug test
