This place will underpay and overwork you. They expect you to do the work from the people they have fired without raising your salary.
It is now made mostly of foreign management from Argentina. At times it seems that they don't know anything, or they simply don't communicate to the rest of the company.
Recently moved to a smaller, cheaper office space. There are parts of the floor that looks like a run down cheap motel with stinky carpets. It has a "opened concept," but to tell you the truth it is awful. All departments are next to each other. You can hear and see every single thing they do. There is a lack of privacy, and you can even hear all the vulgar stuff they talk about.
Management seems to be cutting everything they can. How can a person do his or her job when you lack the tools and resources to do your work? This company is unreliable, and cannot think of a worst place to work at. Have seen great people that care let go.
As I said, management is now made up of mostly foreign citizens from Argentina and Spain that don't seem to understand the culture, can hardly speak English, and want to do things like they perhaps did in their own country.
They want you to finish the work without paying you overtime. I know of some people within some departments that stay half or full hours without getting paid for their effort.
They have a few workers in New York that are unionize which I wouldn't care, except for the fact that they get paid more, and have more benefits than non-union. It's really a mess. They get more vacation days than non-union people.
There is a serious lack of communication between departments. Nobody knows who to talk to when there is a new project. You only find out about it one day before it launches. There are a lot of incompetent people within this company that don't seem to care about anything except for their commissions and ways to have other people do their work. Really a depressing place to work at.
