A typical day includes answering a small volume of phone calls and troubleshooting software issues. The job would be easier if more detailed training was provided. Coworkers are very pleasant. This department has been referred to as the "red headed step child" of the company and this position has a high turnover rate. Management tries to make the best of everything that's thrown their way, which is admirable.
