I lead a 15 minute devotional time before starting work. I closed in prayer and we got at our desk and proceeded to answer calls. We had in advance the monthly product offerings that was aired on television. These product offerings went along with the message the pastor preached in our church services. The hardest part of the job was being tied to the telephones all day. The most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with the customers.
