Pros: free lunches, giving snacks
Cons: mingle with friends
I give interesting lesson, I've learned that more interesting more student interested. The school make me determined enough to focus and love my job. They help me improving my teaching skills. I have experienced that I hardly communicate to my student's problem especially in focusing in their studies. But, if the student share their problem, i enjoy – more... helping them. I give good advice and strategy to make them focus in their studies. – less

Food Service Worker (Former Employee), Newbury Park, CA – October 10, 2013
Pros: free lunch, high pay, great company, family atmosphere
Cons: short breaks, high stress, extremely fast paced
Working at In N Out isn't the same as any other fast food chain. We follow strict guidelines under multiple managers and supervisors that make sure we produce nothing but the best quality product we can for our customers. It is incredibly fast paced and can be stressful but I learned to work with my associates and built a team with a sense of cohesiveness – more... to get everyone's work done with as little wasted motion as possible. The hardest part of my job was multitasking all of my responsibilities with the food while dealing with an unsatisfied customer and keeping the same fast pace that is expected of higher levels. Customer service was one of my strong suits so it was never anything I couldn't handle. The best part about my job were the relationships I made, my salary, and the life lessons I learned there over the years. – less
