Wireless Billing Consultant
Wireless expense management (Former Employee), San Jose, CA – April 29, 2013
My role here was to analyze clients wireless billing for savings opportunity and build a program for implementing savings. Upon receipt of clients billing data, I would scrub it in Access and Excel. The hardest (and most enjoyable) part of this job was the data scrubbing, it is very detail oriented.

Flexible hours, great pay and no commute.
Instructional Designer (Current Employee), Windham, NH – February 6, 2013
Pros: flexible schedule, no commute
Cons: lack of face to face contact with peers
I am an Instructional Designer who works on a contractual basis. I work from my home. A typical day involves a meeting with a subject matter expert (SME) from whom I gain the necessary content I need to develop training materials. I also meet with project team members to determine the scope and design of the project. Once those details are final, I – more... write the content for the learner and the instructions to deliver the content for the facilitator. The hardest part of the job is getting the exact information I need from the SME. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping people learn the subject. – less

I loved working with different businesses and their cultures
Independent Consultant (Current Employee), Chatham, MA – August 4, 2012
Pros: flexibility of my time
Cons: intermittent projects
The challenge was to access their business processes and customize QuickBooks to produce the types of Financial Reports they needed as well as influencing the people to accept changes to their processes. The most enjoyable part was seeing the company manage itself more profitably due to the reports that were available to them. Every project was different – more... and I enjoyed that. – less
