A typical day at work consisted of covering staff shortages, placing orders, receiving deliveries, attending meetings, working closely with other departments and overseeing employees work to provide quality meals to 122 residents. I learned that you can never please everyone all the time. Working with residents/families to provide exceptional customer service very rewarding. Co-workers very pleasant to work with. The hardest part of the day was never having enough time, always running.
