You take to long for the process to hire people
From start to finish, the process could take a couple of weeks. You must first get a referral sheet from our career center, get it signed and take it to the supervisor of the job. After that you must pick a time for an interview and then attend it. Then you must wait for the future employer to contact you.

I was hired within a week. I had to go through a real time trouble shooting problem and have an interview with two of the head managers.

The process.....with me there was the first interview then the shadowing experience if they like you after the first interview then finally you have a second interview with management and your peers who will be working with you
It's a very slow process.....especially if you don't have someone on the inside prodding them.....even then it took 4-5 months before I got an offer letter
It is not always a very fast process and they are not alway good about closing the loop if you do not get chosen for a job.
