Great start in network security.
ADX Migration Team Member (Former Employee) –  Montgomery, ALOctober 14, 2014
This was a good job in network security at entry level. I stayed with the company for the duration of their contract before taking a higher paying job which would not have been possible without INDUS.

Bad overall
Data Entry Specialist (Former Employee) –  Falls Church, VAJuly 4, 2014
Routine data entry work, extra (unpaid) hours to fix errors in records that were usually caused by other employees, unprofessional workers especially regarding conversation topics, management was sometimes part of the problem. Hardest part of the job: being around hostile or obnoxious employees. When I finally got a raise it was only about 50 cents...regardless of hard work, kindness, professionalism, showing up to work on time, etc.
Pros
Next to Target and "okay" fast food. On bus line. Garage parking.
Cons
Bad quality staff here and there throughout the general building. Unfair pay policy.

Web Developer/Designer (Former Employee) –  Washington, DCJuly 11, 2012
INDUS has Federal IT solutions. My role was web design (XHTML 1.0, HTML 4, and CSS 1/2 compliant with Section 508) at U.S. Department of Transportation. Retirement plan and software (Deltek, Outlook, Dreamweaver) identical to what I was used to at Kratos. Cannot comment on retention of good employees, my term was one year.
Pros
nice and talented people, dot near metrorail
Cons
retention of employees not as remarkable as caci
