Pros: free lunches, big on grooming employees, and promoting from within
Was a great place to work. Probably the best job I ever had. This was due to the management that was in place. Management believed happy employees and job satisfaction directly affected quality of work. I was promoted four times within the almost three years that I worked for this company.
