There is really nothing great to say about this company, with the exception of them giving free lunches once a week. You are wasting your time looking at this company. Not a long term career oriented type company. Very high turnover in all departments. Extremely micromanaged. Top Management only looking for “yes” type people.
They do not offer good incentives and pay increases to keep employees for the long term. Good help that is worthy of keeping, are turned away to go elsewhere by low pay increases. Sick and vacation days are counted the same, so don’t ever get sick, otherwise it will jeopardize your vacation time.
Company is not internally organized and communication between departments is lacking. Too many methods of recording each department’s work that does not integrate with other departments from inadequate internal home brewed support systems.
New services offered are not tested and staff not trained well, before putting these new services in place. You hear about these new services to be excited about them, only for them to spiral downward not being implemented properly, just making your job more stressful.
Support shifts are way understaffed to handle client issues. You are always on call and really don’t get a break away from work. No one to really cover when you do take time off. When you get back from time off, client issues not being worked on which creates a high workload upon your return. Suggest you keep looking for a job elsewhere. You are just wasting your time and energy in working for this company.
